Detachment of Nebraska Commander’s Project

The Sons of The American Legion Detachment Commander Larry Einsphar Jr is proud to announce the Sons will be raising funds for an interactive activity table for the Norfolk Veterans Home for the 2026–2027 Detachment Commander’s Project.
The Norfolk Veterans Home is home to over 100 residents and the interactive table gives them the opportunity to play games with their friends, practice cognitive learning skills, and it also is great for residents who have dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Throughout the year, we encourage all Squadrons and members to support this outstanding project through awareness, volunteerism, and fundraising efforts. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of Nebraska veterans.
Donations can be presented at any Detachment of Nebraska Meeting or sent to:
Detachment of Nebraska
150 NW 40th St., Unit A
Lincoln, NE 68528
(Please indicate Detachment Commander’s Project in the memo line)
Service to Veterans is not just our mission — it’s our responsibility.
